Do you store my emails?
No. Emaili has no email servers. Your mail stays with your email provider, and a copy is kept on your own computer. We never see it.
Which email accounts work with Emaili?
Microsoft 365, Exchange, Outlook.com, Gmail, Yahoo, iCloud, AOL, Zoho and nearly any account that supports standard IMAP, including mail on your own domain.
How do I connect Gmail?
At launch, Gmail connects with a Google app password: turn on 2-Step Verification in your Google account, create an app password, and paste it into Emaili once. A step-by-step guide is built into the app.
Does Emaili work on Mac?
Yes. Emaili runs on Windows 10 and 11 and on macOS, on both Apple-chip and Intel Macs. One license works on either.
What happens after the 30-day trial?
Nothing is lost. Emaili keeps working as the free version with up to 2 accounts, and you can buy a license at any time to unlock the rest.
Does Emaili use AI on my mail without asking?
Never. AI is off until you turn it on, and you choose whether it runs on your computer or through your own AI account.
